In just three years, Shirley Elle Posey, Founder & CEO of NeuroElite, has architected a global transformation through her proprietary SE STEM™ Model—a neuroscience-driven, culturally infused framework that redefines how students engage with STEM. Under her leadership, math and science proficiency at our Anchor School skyrocketed from 0% passing to 76% proficiency, demonstrating the model’s measurable impact. This success fueled the expansion of sustainable STEM Labs across Philadelphia, Kenya, and Ghana, directly reaching over 2,500 students. Unlike traditional STEM education in the U.S., which is often fragmented and test-driven, or China’s exam-intensive, rigid systems, NeuroElite delivers an interdisciplinary, brain-based approach that prepares students to think critically, innovate boldly, and lead globally. Through our Shift Impact Ventures (SIV) accelerator, three student groups have already launched scalable solutions—proving NeuroElite isn’t just teaching STEM, it’s building the future of innovation ecosystems.
